Salary: £64,500 per annum

Budgetary Responsibilities: Approx. £2m annual budget

We’re looking for a talented Vendor Relationship Manager to join our Operations team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, serving as the primary point of contact. Regularly review vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, addressing conflicts promptly. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with CAF’s Strategic Plan and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business goals and develop strategies for improvement. Identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing and monitor costs to ensure alignment with budget goals. Prepare and present reports on vendor-related expenditures and financial performance. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and engage them in the vendor selection and evaluation process.

Person Specification:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing third-party vendor relationships and managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have an appropriate professional qualification and possess skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, risk management, strategic planning, budget control, stakeholder management, problem-solving, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills, are essential.
