Location: London or Kings Hill based with hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office). All roles will involve occasional travel to both office locations.
Salary: Circa £60k per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Product team during a period of expansion as we look to bring in new roles to support our organisation’s vision and ambitions. This Senior Product Manager role is focussed on our investment product strategy to ensure CAF offers the best possible service to our donors through a range of investment options including impact investment.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for overseeing CAF UK’s investment solution for our donors, working with the front-line business owners to articulate a clear strategy and future requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, building an Investments Centre of Excellence to ensure the successful development and delivery of innovative investment solutions.
As Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investment product strategy
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Detail requirements in collaboration with our Transformation team for our future investment solutions
- Define, prioritise, and communicate the investment product roadmap to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that product controls, processes, pricing and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and support the Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have proven experience in product management / development, particularly in the context of investment solutions. You will have a strong knowledge of the UK investment market, technology market trends, and customer needs and will use this insight to define and execute our investment product roadmap.
