Location: London or Kings Hill based with hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office). All roles will involve occasional travel to both office locations.
Salary: Circa £60k per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Product team during a period of expansion as we look to bring in new roles to support our organisation’s vision and ambitions. This Senior Product Manager role is focussed on our customer portals product strategy and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our customer interactions by overseeing the design, development and launch of customer-facing portals.
What you’ll do
Leveraging your deep understanding of Microsoft technology, you will be responsible for enhancing the online experience of our donors and charities across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with many different teams across CAF, including our audience focussed product managers, to articulate a clear portal strategy, detailed requirements and transform the way our customers engage with us digitally.
As Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer portal strategy
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Define, prioritise, and communicate the portal product roadmap to internal stakeholders.
- Detail portal requirements and design decisions in collaboration with our Transformation team, and work alongside our chosen integration partner to build and launch new portals
- Ensure that portal controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant.
- Participate in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have proven experience in developing customer facing portals, including UX design experience, that showcase an organisations products and services and have transformed the way customers engage digitally. You will have strong knowledge of how to use the Microsoft suite of tools including Dynamics and Power Platform to solve business challenges.
