Are you an experienced strategic thinker with a passion for building strong, lasting relationships and impactful partnerships across boarders?

We’re looking for a talented Senior Manager to join our International team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

What you’ll do

At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Senior Manager, International Strategy you too will play an integral part in what we do.

Your key focus will be shaping and delivering our international strategy and fostering high-impact strategic partnerships and initiatives across the global philanthropic sector.

As our Senior Manager, International Strategy you will:

  • Deliver CAF’s international strategy
  • Lead our international communications
  • Grow our strategic partnerships
  • Lead CAF International network
  • Represent CAF on international stage
  • Travel internationally

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you have experience of working in international relations and strategic philanthropy, or have relevant transferable skills and passion to make a difference to society. We are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing international expansion projects and establishing strategic partnerships
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Ability to navigate and work effectively in complex multicultural environments
