Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We're looking for a talented Reporting & Insights Analyst to join our Customer Operations team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
What you’ll do

You'll be at the heart of data-driven decision-making, supporting the Customer Operations team and wider CAF by delivering actionable insights through robust reporting. Your work within a busy and enthusiastic team, will contribute to the optimisation of customer service performance and operational efficiency.
As our Reporting & Insights Analyst you will:
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards that provide visibility into key performance indicators and conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour and service trends to uncover improvement opportunities
- Automate recurring reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload through translating complex datasets into clear narratives making insights accessible to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting outputs with business goals
- Champion a data-driven culture across the Division by promoting the use of analytics in everyday decision-making
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience and a passion for working in data analysis and are keen to make a difference to society.
We are looking for:
- Experience analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights with a proven track record of developing detailed and visually appealing reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience building and maintaining self-service dashboards to enable independent data access through advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualisation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A flexible, true team player with the ability to work to deadlines and well under pressure
