Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) is the UK’s largest charity by income. CAF helps charities raise money, manage their finances, and advises companies on their donation policies.

CAF is undergoing significant programme of change through its “Together Building Opportunity” strategy. The programme aims to deliver the strategic vision of ‘A global digitally-enabled platform for giving, connecting people to accelerate social progress’

We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our enterprise wide transformation programme.

What you’ll do

At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Project Manager you too will play an integral part in what we do.

As our Project Manager you will:

  • Drive change by providing high quality, consistent delivery of varying initiatives/projects across multiple business lines. The Project Manager will need to deliver to project charters/goals and communicate progress towards milestones to key stakeholders to enable the business areas to support and adopt the change.
  • Provide proactive business project leadership which will require strong stakeholder facilitation skills and the ability to work through complex issues to determine the right course of action.
  • Work alongside business leaders by providing support for the strategic direction based on thorough analysis of the opportunities/challenges that impact the business.
  • Develop realistic and workable solutions that support the customers' needs and implement them successfully.
  • Communicate effectively and provide clear and concise reporting to all levels in the organisation through written and verbal updates, presenting at Steering Committees and Leadership events as required.

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you have experience of working in large transformation programmes or have relevant transferable skills or experience and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:

  • A creative thinker with the ability to deliver change initiatives
  • Excellent written & spoken English & interpersonal communication
