Location: London or Kings Hill based with hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office). All roles will involve occasional travel to both office locations.

Salary: Circa £37k per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Product team during a period of expansion as we look to bring in new roles to support our organisation’s vision and ambitions. This Product Governance role is focussed on managing and overseeing our Product Governance framework.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Product Governance & Project Co-ordinator to manage and oversee CAF’s product governance function, ensuring compliance with policy. This role will coordinate the monthly Product Governance Committee and track open initiatives and deliverables, providing project management support where needed. As a team we are motivated by problem solving to improve the flow of funds to the charity sector and this role will play a vital part in keeping us organised around good governance practice.

As Product Governance & Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Prepare and distribute the agenda, minutes, and materials for the monthly Product Governance Committee meetings
  • Track and monitor the progress of open initiatives and actions, providing project management support where needed and following up with Product Managers and other owners on the status, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers on the preparation and submission of product proposals, business cases, product risk assessments, and annual reviews, ensuring that they meet the quality standards and requirements of the product governance framework
  • Review and organise the validation of the product risk assessments and annual reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to Product Managers.
  • Create, maintain and update a product governance dashboard, reporting on the key performance indicators, risks, issues, and opportunities of the product portfolio.

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you are highly organised and enjoy working within a structure. You will have the ability to look across multiple workstreams and tie them into a coherent, organised view that provides central oversight. You will have excellent communication skills and be highly proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word to prepare agendas, minutes and templates to support the team. You will have experience in product and / or project management.
