Location: Kings Hill based with hybrid working (2 days per week in the Kings Hill office)

Salary: Up to £47,500 per annum (based on experience)

We’re looking for a talented Product Analyst – AI & Automation Enablement to join our newly formed Digital team at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of building an enterprise-wide AI and automation capability in a purpose-led organisation.

What you’ll do

At CAF Bank, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Product Analyst you will play a key role in how we safely and effectively scale automation and AI across the bank

You will translate business problems into well-structured, controlled and measurable AI and automation use cases, enabling faster delivery while ensuring strong governance in a regulated environment.

As our Product Analyst you will:

  • Translate operational pain points into clearly scoped automation and AI use cases with defined outcomes
  • Produce high-quality artefacts including process narratives and functional and non-functional requirements
  • Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability and clear ownership once live
  • Prepare governance packs and support proportionate assurance for AI and automation change
  • Maintain traceability of use cases, benefits and risks through the automation and AI register
  • Define and track measurable benefits ensuring automation delivers real and sustained value

Who we are looking for

This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital product analysis, business analysis or automation/AI initiatives, particularly within complex or regulated environments, who is excited by the opportunity to build something new and scale it across an organisation.

We are looking for:

  • Experience translating business problems into structured requirements and delivery-ready artefacts
  • Experience working across Digital, Technology, Operations and Risk stakeholders
  • Experience with automation, low-code tools or AI-enabled initiatives and use case definition
  • Strong understanding of governance and controlled change in a regulated environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insight to drive decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
