Customer Service Representative - GAYE

 

About the job:

The position will play an integral part within the Customer Service Division providing administrative support to the GAYE Processing Team.

 

You will be corresponding with clients via email and by phone, creating excellent relationships, as well as liaising with other stakeholders. You will be administering donation requests and enquiries.  You will be required to maintain and exceed our KPI’s and SLA’s leading by example. Providing an efficient and effective customer service to existing and prospective customers, you will actively promote CAF products and services.

 

About you:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy customer service department. Possesses great verbal and written communication skills, is an effective team player and works well under pressure.
