Following a record-breaking year in 2020/21 in which the Charities Aid Foundation helped donate over £1B to charities in the UK and around the world, we are developing a new international focus.
This role will lead our new partnerships work internationally by securing new members of the CAF International Network, building new partnerships with international organisations, and developing new relationships with clients.
Working directly to the Director of International Strategy and Corporate Services your role will be to expand our capabilities internationally, develop partnerships with organisations to expand our reach, pipeline and profile and to win new international programmes that will be delivered by client facing teams in the US, the UK and Canada.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A passion for philanthropy and charitable activities
- Extensive experience of clients and/or partner network activities
- International experience
- Flexibility and adaptability.

About CAF, CAF International and the CAF International Network
Founded in 1924, The Charities Aid Foundation supports giving to charities at home and around the world. We run services to help people give more effective from payroll giving to trusts for high network individuals. We also work with corporations and other organisations to increase the impact of their giving. To help charities in the UK we also run CAF Bank to provide the most innovative and cost-effective banking options to the Third Sector. Last year we helped give over £1B to charities.
CAF International is all of our operations outside the UK including our consolidated entities CAF America and CAF Canada (known in the private sector as subsidiaries). Our mission is to increase giving from donors in America, Britain and Canada to overseas charities.
The CAF International Network comprises charity partners around the world who help us understand international philanthropy, in-country dynamics and challenges and to administer programmes. Current partners are Good2Give (Australia), IDIS (Brazil), Bcause (Bulgaria), CAF India (India), CAF Russia (Russia) and CAF Southern Africa (South Africa).
