We have an opportunity for you to join our team as our Senior Product Manager for the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You will be an integral part of the team of our Product Marketing team, instilling and leading on good Product governance practice and process.  Our International Head office is based in Kings Hill, Kent. You can either be based here or in our central London office, spending some of your time working from home.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. Working hours are 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch but flexibility is available.

As our Senior Product Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering a robust Product Governance framework
  • Leading, chairing and assembling a Product Governance Forum
  • Establishing terms of reference
  • Developing strong relationships with key senior stakeholders
  • Creating and organising a schedule of meetings throughout the year
  • Formalising and embedding the new process
  • Creating and managing a triage system for new requests, assessing the category of projects and ensuring correct template papers can be prepared and submitted to attendees in advance.
  • Leading  the Product team on all product governance areas, including Annual Product Reviews (APRs), Risk Assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) ensuring that they take place and are sufficiently robust and documented,
  • Agree and establish a schedule for APRs, Product Risk Assessments, PIAs
  • Ensuring a coordinated approach to Product governance and risk for existing portfolio Products and new developments.
  • Act as primary source of expertise on the governance framework
  • Represent Product team feeding into Product strategy.
  • Own product governance knowledge and communicate any changes to relevant teams
  • Design and deliver product governance specific training.
  • Support Product Managers in establishing effective product controls, processes, pricing and policies, and ensuring they are customer focused and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Skills required of our Senior Product Manager:

  • Product Marketing Experience
  • Experience of developing and delivering product strategies and plans
  • Experience of working in B2B and B2C environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis
  • Experience of Financial Services Product Management
  • Experience of governance frameworks
  • Experience of risk frameworks
