Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

At CAF, we believe that giving is good for business. We already work with 2,500 corporate clients in the UK who share this belief (from partnerships and large private companies to the FTSE 100), and last year we distributed £85 million from these clients to charities worldwide.

With you as part of our growing Business Development team, we can help more companies to realise their purpose through strategic and impactful giving programmes, and more charities to benefit from their funding.

We’re looking for a talented and well-organised Corporate Growth Executive to join our Business Development team in our Giving and Impact Services department at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). This newly formed team works across our key Private Client and Corporate audiences, and so will also give you broad insight into the world of High Net Worth philanthropy.

What you’ll do

At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Corporate Growth Executive, you too will play an integral part in what we do.

As our Corporate Growth Executive you will:

  • Work closely with the Senior Corporate Growth Manager to deliver our new Growth Plan for Corporate Business Development
  • Support the Corporate Client Team to identify, track and convert new opportunities for growth
  • Manage incoming leads by tracking and triaging new enquiries and ensuring consistent communication and handling of prospective clients across CAF internal teams
  • Research and co-ordinate relationships with new potential sources of referrals / introducers into CAF’s Corporate Giving solutions
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations and events for key Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) at CAF in order to promote our services and elevate our external profile
