Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities?  If so we are looking for a passionate, experienced, self-motivated Project Manager with excellent attention to detail to join our dynamic Technology Project Management Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).   

What you’ll do

At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as a member of our Project Management Team you too will play an integral part in what we do. 

We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative individual who can manage themselves effectively to complete tasks to a given deadline, whilst being able to adapt to a fast changing environment.  You will be an excellent communicator, strong team player, with good attention to detail, bringing enthusiasm, passion and professionalism, working closely with colleagues and third party suppliers in delivering a variety of projects making improvements across our technical estate.

As our Technical Project Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams including third parties, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you have experience of working in diverse, fast paced Project Management and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:

  • Project Management experience (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously)
  • Experience in managing third parties is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes (Agile PM, Prince etc)
  • Ability to produce high quality, accurate project documentation, plans and progress reports.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and run meetings effectively
  • Excellent collaborative working style
  • Strong relationship builder
