Location: Kings Hill based with hybrid working (2 days per week in the Kings Hill office)
Salary: Up to £47,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our newly formed Digital team at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of our digital transformation, helping to redesign and continuously improve our online banking services that support charities across the UK
What you’ll do
At CAF Bank, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Product Analyst you will play a key role in how we deliver better digital services for our customers.
You’ll work at the centre of product, technology, operations and risk, turning digital strategy into clear, structured and delivery-ready requirements that enable faster, safer change
As our Product Analyst you will:
- Translate product priorities into clear epics and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Structure customer problems and needs into clear “as is” and “to be” journeys grounded in evidence
- Produce and maintain high-quality functional and non-functional requirements proportionate to risk and complexity
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate across teams to define problems before solutions and drive alignment
- Document end-to-end customer journeys ensuring changes improve outcomes across the whole service
- Support UAT, release readiness and governance by ensuring requirements are testable, traceable and complete
Who we are looking for
This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital product analysis, business analysis or online service delivery, particularly in regulated or complex environments, who is excited by the opportunity to shape a growing digital function.
We are looking for:
- Experience translating digital change into clear, structured and testable requirements
- Experience working across Digital, Technology, Operations and Risk stakeholders
- Experience supporting UAT and delivery readiness with strong documentation and governance focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity
- Data literacy with the ability to use insight to inform decision making and prioritisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
